1. Tier 1 — immediate removal, permanent ban, no refund

These are reported to the relevant authorities where the law requires it, and the payment fingerprint is permanently blocked.

• Child sexual abuse material, or any sexualization of minors.
• Credible threats of violence against identifiable people or places.
• Terrorist or violent-extremist content, or promotion of a designated organization.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, or links to it.
• Content facilitating human trafficking or sexual exploitation.

2. Tier 2 — removal without refund

• Slurs and hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or serious disease.
• Targeted harassment of an identifiable individual.
• Doxxing: home addresses, phone numbers, private emails, government identifiers, workplaces, licence plates.
• Malware, phishing, credential harvesting, IP-logger or deanonymization services, or links to any of these.
• Financial scams: fake giveaways, "send X get 2X", romance and investment funnels, unregistered securities offerings, pump-and-dump promotion.
• Illegal goods and services.
• Impersonation of a real person, a brand, a government body, or The Throne Project itself.
• Sexual content, gore, and shock content.
• Promotion or instruction of self-harm or suicide.
• Spam, SEO link farms, and bulk-identical content.
• Anything unlawful under US federal law or the law of the operator’s state.

3. How this is enforced

Content is screened before your payment is taken, not after — taking money and then refusing to display is not how we operate. Some claims are held for human review; a held claim is either approved within 24 hours or refunded in full. A hold is never converted into an automatic approval.

We use automated screening and human review. Automated screening is imperfect in both directions. A decision may be appealed once by emailing appeals@thethroneproject.com within 30 days, and we will give you a specific reason citing the clause above.
