If you see ThroneProjectCrestBot in your logs, someone submitted a link to your site as one of their three links and we fetched your favicon once, server-side, to show as their crest. We fetch only the favicon, cap the download at 64 KB, time out after three seconds, and never fetch on a visitor’s behalf — which is the point: your server never sees our visitors, and our visitors never contact your server. To opt out, block the user agent or write to the address in our security.txt.
